3. User Accounts and Registration

- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One person may maintain only one active account
3.2 Account Types
- Candidates: Maritime professionals seeking employment opportunities
- Recruiters: Companies and organizations seeking to hire maritime talent
- Super Admin: Platform administrators with full system access
3.3 Account Verification
- We reserve the right to verify user information and suspend unverified accounts
- Maritime professionals may be required to provide certification and experience documentation
- Recruiting companies must provide valid business registration information
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

9.2 Candidate Responsibilities

- Candidates are responsible for verifying job details independently
- We are not party to employment agreements between users
10. Platform Availability and Modifications
10.1 Service Availability
- We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect access
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
